Isaiah 117 House: A Vision of Love and Hope for Foster Children
Ronda Paulson’s vision for the Isaiah 117 House began shortly after she picked up her foster son from the back door of a DCS office. She said he was in clothes that were too small, he was dirty and had no personal belongings. This was just one situation that sparked Ronda's vision for a safe haven — a home where children could feel secure, play, and find comfort during the difficult transitions they face.
"defend the cause of the fatherless" ISAIAH 1:17
With the help of volunteers, Isaiah 117 House aims to ‘lavishly love on kids.’ Often, children arrive with nothing but the clothes they’re wearing. Isaiah 117 House’s goal isn’t just to give the kids necessities but to show them they’re loved, valued, and never alone. They provide the kids with brand-new clothes, shoes, and more, ensuring each child feels special.

Isaiah 117 House began as a dream in Tennessee, and today, that dream spans 12 states including Indiana, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Texas and more across the Southeast. With 57 locations, Isaiah 117 House is truly transforming the way foster care begins.
